Ta Tai Waterfall - Koh Kong:

Ta Tai waterfall is a semi-traditional web site placed in Ta Tai village, Ta Tai commune, Smach Meanchey district, about 20 kilometers east of Koh Kong provincial town along country wide street 48. There are eighty four families residing in this area. They earn their residing through fishing and looking.

The waterfall has two phases. The first stage is 5 to 6 meters high; the 2d stage is 12 to 15 meters high. Ta Tai waterfall used to be developed as a mannequin web page in Koh Kong to attract regional and overseas tourists.Ta Tai waterfall is often referred to as Ta Eysei waterfall. Consistent with legend, a man named Ta Tai and his son went to the waterfall to fish due to the fact the waterfall was the becoming a member of factor between contemporary water and salt water. There was a storm and the ensuing floods carried away Ta Tai's son. 4 or 5 days later, however, the boy used to be located at the equal spot from where he disappeared. Ever considering that then, the Waterfall has been known as Ta Eysei Waterfall or Ta Tai Waterfall.
